From I-95:
Take I-95 to exit 64 for 10th Ave.
Head east on 10th Ave. for 1 mile
Turn right on S Dixie Hwy, drive .8 miles
Turn left at Lake Ave., drive .2 miles
Soma Center will be on your right.


From Turnpike:
Take Turnpike to exit 93 for Lake Worth Rd.
Head east on Lake Worth Rd. for 8 miles
At A St., take the 2nd exit onto Lake Ave., drive .6 miles
Soma Center will be on your right.


To the Organic Music Cafe:

From I-95:

My wife and a few friends of considered a class like that where we live. One of the key components to feeling healthy and getting in shape / and staying in shape (in my opinion) is to find activities you enjoy doing. Staying healthy requires consistent effort. Consistency being the key. There are studies that show people who enjoy the activities that keep them in shape, are often healthier - longer. It’s common sense. Avoid stuff you don’t like and find stuff you do. If you like belly dancing just do it and have fun.
